The floating wind-fishing integration project "Guoneng Sharing" platform is the world's first deep-sea floating wind power and aquaculture integrated design project, and has been included in Fujian Province's major science and technology projects. The platform is mainly composed of "floating wind turbine + breeding cage", including floating platform, 4MW wind turbine, mooring and anchoring system, etc. XCMG XGC28000 is responsible for the installation of 4MW wind turbines in this project.

The maximum rated lifting capacity of XCMG XGC28000 crawler crane is 2,000 tons. For this construction, XCMG XGC28000 used a super-lifting main boom of 126m to complete the splicing of two tower sections with weights of 226t and 102t respectively. The 193t nacelle was assembled with a working radius of 42m, and then three blades were lifted in succession and accurately installed on the hub at an altitude of 100 meters.
