In terms of empowering intelligent digital transformation, accelerate the digital transformation of equipment, guide enterprises to focus on the digitization of production equipment, key processes and business links, and focus on the digitization of industrial processes. On-site "dumb equipment" undergoes "micro-modification" and "light modification" to promote enterprises to "migrate to the cloud and use data to empower intelligence." Promote the intelligent upgrading of equipment and deepen the network connection of equipment. By 2027, more than 300 intelligent workshops (factories) will be cultivated, and the networking rate of digital production equipment in the city will reach about 60%.

In terms of green and low-carbon transformation, improve the green level of key industries, encourage enterprises to apply green process technology equipment and efficient environmental protection facilities, and achieve key industrial goals by 2026 The energy efficiency of all production lines (devices) in the field has reached above the benchmark level. Select a batch of high-efficiency and energy-saving equipment, focusing on boilers, motors, Transformers and other key energy-consuming equipment, speed up the upgrading and transformation. Vigorously promote green manufacturing and strive to build 40 green factories at or above the provincial level, 2 green supply chain management enterprises, and 1 green industrial park by 2027.

In terms of improving intrinsic safety levels, promote the upgrading and reconstruction of old equipment. By 2027, more than 15 (sets) of old chemical equipment will be upgraded and replaced. Promote key dust explosion-related enterprises and aluminum-magnesium metal dust enterprises to complete facilities and equipment updates and process transformation before the end of 2024. Promote the transformation, upgrading and equipment of safety emergency monitoring and early warning, fire protection systems and equipment, safety emergency intelligent equipment, and personal protective equipment at the whole society level.

In order to promote the smooth implementation of various goals and key tasks, the "Implementation Plan" puts forward four safeguard measures. 1. Strengthen organization, coordination and promotion.
