Starting from December 13, 2020, the 36 ceramic production companies in the Gao'an Ceramics Industry Base will be divided into three batches, each batch of companies will conduct a 5-day trial operation with load.
From the completion of trial production for all users to March 31, 2021, it will be the trial operation period; from April 1 to April 30, 2021, it will be the gas supply stable operation period.
On the start date of the stable operation period, all production lines of all users will use clean industrial gas, and the two-stage furnaces of all users will be sealed. After the trial operation is completed, the official start date of gas supply will begin.
Gas supply price:
Tentatively set at 0.413 yuan/Nm³, which is more than 10% lower than the price of natural gas
According to the "Implementation Plan for the Trial Operation Period", the centralized gas supply policy for high-security production areas will be implemented at the tentative price of 0.413 yuan/Nm³ agreed in the contract according to different gas consumption stages. Within 5 days of trial production, a free gas policy will be adopted.
Before December 31st, the industrial gas consumption fee will be settled after use (pay it in place no later than January 5, 2021, otherwise the company's 5-day free trial operation policy will be cancelled, and all gas consumption fees will be charged to the bank) Interest will be charged on the loan interest rate for the same period, and subsequent credit qualifications and various discounts of the tiered gas price policy will be cancelled); after January 1, 2021, industrial gas costs will be settled in the form of prepayment (monthly recharge days are the 10th, 20th, and 30th) ;
It is understood that Jimin Credible (Gaoan) Clean Energy Co., Ltd. promises that the gas supply pressure is greater than or equal to 7kPa; the calorific value of the gas: the average calorific value is 1500kcal/m³ (anything between 1400-1600kcal/m³ is acceptable); If the gas quality does not meet the above standards and the user's products are scrapped, the clean energy company will be responsible for compensation according to direct economic losses.
After the trial operation is completed, the price department of Gao'an Municipal Government will determine the benchmark gas price based on factors such as costs during the trial operation period. Jimin Credible (Gao'an) Clean Energy Co., Ltd. will formulate a tiered gas consumption based on the newly approved benchmark gas price. policy.

Enterprises outside the base: Implementing “coal to gas” in June 2021

At present, there are 13 ceramic production companies outside the Gao'an Ceramics Industry Base, distributed in 8 towns. Before the Dragon Boat Festival in 2021, all 13 ceramic companies outside the base must use clean gas.
